Twenty years. A hundred-plus campaigns.
Every level of the ballot, from precinct to Congress.
Three Things, Done Right.

Mail That Gets Opened
Direct mail and franking built to survive the mailbox. Design, copy, list, print, drop. One shop, one point of contact, no hand-offs.

Video That Sounds Like a Person
Scripted, shot, and cut in-house. Candidate spots, issue spots, constituent updates. No stock-footage filler, no consultant voice.

Digital That Earns the Click
Websites, landing pages, ad creative, and digital strategy built for campaigns that can't afford waste. Fast to stand up, cheap to run, easy to hand off.
Models Proven. Majorities Won. Ordinances Passed.

James Thompson for Congress (KS-04)
Mail, video, and digital for one of the most-watched congressional races in the country. National spotlight, Kansas ground game.

City of Wichita -- Progressive Millennial Majority
Mail, digital, and communications for a wave of elected progressive millennial officials in Wichita -- city council, county, and beyond. Built the messaging infrastructure and creative for a generation of candidates running and winning on the same bench.

Wichita Nondiscrimination Ordinance
Led the 2021 campaign that made Wichita the largest city in Kansas with LGBTQ nondiscrimination protections. Coalition, message, mail, and press in one shop.
The Shop Is Me. That's the Point.
I'm Chris Pumpelly. I run Inclusion LLC out of Wichita. For twenty years I've built mail, video, and digital for Democratic campaigns, legislators, and caucuses across Kansas and beyond. Clients have included James Thompson for Congress, Mayor Brandon Whipple, state senators and representatives, the Kansas House Democratic Caucus, the Kansas Democratic Party, and the DNC.
The work is hands-on. I write the copy, design the piece, cut the video, and stand up the site. When you hire me, you get me -- not a junior account exec routing your questions to someone in another time zone.
I also run some of the most followed viral social media pages in Kansas, and I'm building Kansas Majority, a civic media project. That work keeps me close to how real people actually read, share, and decide. It shows up in everything I make for clients.
Let's Get to Work.
Have a race to win, a district to reach, or a message that isn't landing? Let's talk.
